Merger of Inova Management and Staufen Schweiz

Inova Management AG and Staufen AG Schweiz merge to build a leading consulting business. Ramus & Company acted as exclusive M&A Advisor to Inova.

Inova Management AG (“Inova”) belongs to one of the leading consulting firms specializing in Supply Chain Management in Switzerland. Inova focuses on optimizing all processes along the value creation chain in eminent industry sectors e.g. MEM Industry and the Medical Technology Sector.

Staufen Schweiz AG (“Staufen”) is the Swiss branch of the internationally active, German Lean Management consulting firm Staufen AG. Staufen has nine offices spread across Europe, America and Asia. Besides their consulting business Staufen runs an academy for global competence development for operational and leadership excellence.

The merger had the effect of synergies beneficial to both parties in terms of sharing of industry knowledge  and human resources in Switzerland. Now, Swiss clients can be advised internationally in supply chain and lean management operations.
