Absolut All Insurance and RVA Associati join the GGW Group
The two Swiss insurance brokers from Eastern Switzerland and Ticino are joining the GGW Group, a leading and rapidly growing European group of insurance brokers and underwriting agents based in Hamburg.
With these two mergers, the GGW Group has significantly strengthened its presence in Switzerland and now has seven successful holdings in the three largest language regions. The GGW Group has thus further expanded its presence in the Swiss market and extended and rounded off its range of services. Absolut All Insurance and RVA Associati will continue to operate under their own brands and benefit from the synergies and resources of the GGW Group in Switzerland and abroad.
For both companies, the merger is an ideal strategic step that will also secure the medium to long-term succession of the successful companies. By merging with the GGW Group, the two companies will become a very independent and entrepreneurially managed group of companies with a leading market position in Europe.
