W4 acquires just-medical!
With the acquisition of just-medical! by W4, the presence of W4 in the healthcare sector will be expanded and the digital services of just-medical! will be further developed.The entire team as well as the company’s location in Baar ZG will be taken over by W4 as part of the transaction.
Through the takeover, W4 is significantly expanding its activities in the healthcare sector and will sustainably further develop the existing platforms of just-medical! At the same time, just-medical! will benefit from the technological know-how of the W4 Group and will be able to provide even better support to the more than 365’000 existing users of the various platforms. The transaction was completed retroactively as of 1 January 2022.

After more than 20 years of successful management of the company, the founder of just-medical!, Dr. Matthijs Ouwerkerk, is realising a long-term succession plan for his company with the sale and says of the transaction: “I am proud that just-medical! is becoming part of W4 and am convinced that we have found the right partner for the further challenges in the healthcare sector”.
