We are delighted to welcome Roland Wittmann as Partner to the Ramus & Company team as of March 2024. With a wealth of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, and M&A projects, Roland brings invaluable expertise to our firm.
Roland Wittmann’s background includes a distinguished tenure at Roland Berger, where he honed his skills in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and post-merger integration (PMI). His extensive experience spans across diverse industries, including service, consumer goods, transportation, logistics, and technology.
Prior to joining Ramus & Company, Roland held leadership roles at Tamedia and Goldbach, where he spearheaded successful corporate mergers and integration processes. Notably, his contributions were instrumental in consolidating the media industry in the DACH region.
A graduate of the University of Zurich, Roland holds a degree in business administration with a focus on corporate management and marketing. His expertise extends to strategic planning processes, program management, innovation, change management, growth strategies, and internationalization.
Roland’s practical experience in digital transformation, portfolio strategies, marketplaces, and B2B marketing uniquely position him to assist companies in navigating the evolving business landscape.
