GarLa Group acquires Amar and Gartenbau Demont

The Enz Group, part of the GarLa Group, is taking over the two companies Amar Garten- und Landschaftspflege and Gartenbau Demont in the canton of Graubünden. The two sellers are thus arranging their company succession.

The GarLa Group, a leading provider of gardening and landscaping services, has further expanded its presence in Switzerland with the acquisition of Amar Garten- und Landschaftspflege and Gartenbau Demont, two renowned gardening and landscaping companies in Rothenbrunnen near Chur and Davos. With this fifth and sixth acquisition in Switzerland, the GarLa Group is now also represented in the canton of Graubünden.

Amar, which has been operating in Rothenbrunnen for over 45 years, offers sophisticated private gardens. Demont can look back on a history of 50 years and is based in Davos. The company is also particularly active in the construction and maintenance of sophisticated private gardens. The two companies employ just under 30 people. Both companies will become part of the Enz Group, GarLa’s largest company in Switzerland. The aim is to make particularly good use of synergies with colleagues within the Enz Group.

With the acquisition of Amar and Demont, the GarLa Group has grown to over 940 employees, making it one of the largest gardening and landscaping companies in the German-speaking region.
