MBO team acquires Paicolex Group
Paicolex Group, a family office and trust service provider, is acquired by the management team. Ramus & Company supported the MBO team in the takeover process.
The internationally active Paicolex Management Trust AG («Paicolex Group»), headquartered in Switzerland, operates a family office and trust service business . Paicolex Group provides proactive, tailored and holistic wealth planning, governance, structuring, administration, accounting, trust and family office advisory services to global corporations and asset owners, families, family businesses and entrepreneurs. Management acquired the group from global law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner («BCLP») in a management buyout («MBO»).
