Alexander Sanders is a new partner at Ramus & Company

With his in-depth expertise in technology, software, AI and digital transformation, Alexander Sanders will be responsible for technology-driven advisory and M&A mandates and will work to strengthen the firm’s position in these high-growth sectors.

Ramus & Company is delighted to welcome Alexander Sanders to the team as a partner from March 2026. With his extensive experience in software, AI, product development, and digitalisation and IT strategy, he will significantly enhance the firm’s expertise at the intersection of technology, product and finance.

Alexander Sanders studied Engineering, Economics & Management at the University of Oxford and took various courses at the Saïd Business School. He subsequently conducted research at ETH Zurich in the field of semiconductor production, where he was granted a US patent. He gained his first consulting experience at the Boston Consulting Group. As CTO of TONI Digital, he led a team of over 20 people, was responsible for the successful development and migration of a greenfield insurance platform, and successfully completed numerous digitalisation and customer projects.

His profile is rounded off by the founding of his own computer vision start-up and his work as an advisor to technology and growth companies. With this unique combination of strategic thinking, product development and technological depth, Alexander Sanders supports companies in successfully mastering complex challenges in an increasingly digital market environment.
