AXEPT Business Software AG has taken over Swiss based software company PROVIS AG.\u00a0<\/strong>Ramus & Company represented the interests of the seller as exclusive M&A advisor.

AXEPT Business Software AG has acquired all outstanding shares of the Swiss based PROVIS AG as part of a succession solution. PROVIS will continue its operations independently under the same brand name. The key executives of PROVIS will become part of AXEPT’s management team. The deal was closed on August 22, 2017.<\/p>\n
