Ramus & Company acquires a partner in Mario Kaltenegger, who brings with him numerous years of operational experience and expertise from diverse international management roles. His deep commitment to SMEs, strategic thinking and comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing sector make him an invaluable asset to our clients, both domestically in Switzerland and across international markets.
We take great pleasure in announcing the addition of Mario Kaltenegger as our newest partner at Ramus & Company. With in a total approx. 15 years of experience as a CEO in the SME sector and a 3-year tenure as a board member of an SME, Mario brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Alongside his diverse international management roles, he has also excelled as an interim manager/CEO and as an independent entrepreneur, focusing on industrial SMEs in Switzerland and Southern Germany. Mario’s operational and strategic expertise is particularly honed towards meeting the unique needs of SMEs. His ability to develop tailored solutions and effectively drive change processes positions him as a valuable asset in supporting companies on their path to sustainable success.
Mario Kaltenegger laid the foundations of his career with a commercial apprenticeship and subsequent business studies at the Catholic University of Eichstätt. He focused on « Organisation & Human Resources », « Sales & Marketing » and « European Business & Labour Law ».
