Fabio Scisciò new partner at Ramus & Company
Fabio Scisciò joins Ramus & Company as a new partner with his many years of project experience in international corporate finance and M&A. With his broad market knowledge, he will support our clients in cross-border M&A transactions with the South European market.
We are pleased to announce that Fabio Scisciò has recently joined Ramus & Company as a new partner. Fabio comes with a 30-year experience having worked both in the financial industry and consultancy. He is specialized in corporate finance, debt capital markets, project finance and M&A transactions and has worked extensively in international investment banks and advisory firms in Italy and abroad. During his career, Fabio has supported large corporations and SMEs across a wide range of industries, including energy, consumer products, banking and telecommunications. He has held positions as advisor, Managing Director and Partner, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a BS in Business & Management from LUISS University in Rome.

Fabio is known for his expertise in structuring complex leveraged transactions, assessing financial performance, identifying key business drivers, and in the financing of projects and deals. Fabio complements the team with his specific knowledge of the Italian market and will concentrate in expanding the firm’s presence in South Europe.
