With Christoph Sch\u00e4fer, Ramus & Company has gained a specialist in corporate finance with many years of experience, particularly in the life sciences industry. <\/strong>With his broad expertise, he supports the further expansion of CFO Services for scale-ups and SMEs as well as the implementation of national and international M&A projects.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are pleased to welcome Christoph Sch\u00e4fer as Associate Partner to the Ramus & Company team as of January 2024. Christoph joins us from Johnson & Johnson, where he led the financial agendas of the global contract manufacturing business in the pharmaceutical sector. He supported the business unit’s leadership teams in achieving short and long-term financial goals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Previously, Christoph Sch\u00e4fer gained extensive experience over 13 years at Eli Lilly and its animal health spin-off Elanco in local, regional and global finance roles in commercial and distribution markets as well as manufacturing. In addition to previous experience in the manufacturing industry (SMEs in the field of locking systems, Bosch automotive electronics manufacturing), he has accompanied early stage entrepreneurs in the field of life sciences\/medical devices in the preparation of a business plan.<\/p>\n

Christoph Sch\u00e4fer laid his professional foundation with a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration with a focus on finance and management consulting and completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School.<\/p>\n
