After completing his studies, he embarked on his professional career at Roland Berger, where he gained valuable experience in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as post-merger integration (PMI). His activities spanned across the service and consumer goods industries to prominent companies in the transportation and logistics sector, as well as technology.
With extensive leadership experience at Tamedia and Goldbach, he took on the responsibility for successful and complex corporate mergers and integration processes for teams and business operations. In this role, he actively contributed to consolidating the media industry in the DACH region. As an expert in corporate development, he possesses practical experience in digital transformation, portfolio strategies, marketplaces, and B2B marketing.
