Post-Merger integration of two international corporations
Two of the world’s leading listed companies in the automotive industry have decided to merge. As both groups have their own operating companies in Switzerland, these were required to be merged in the context of the post-merger integration new Group guidelines. As part of a comprehensive integration plan, the merger must be implemented operationally across the entire value chain.
Project scope:
- Preparation of a comprehensive integration plan for the Swiss activities
- Establishment of a project management organization along the value chain with 15 teams
- Supervision and support of individual project teams in the development of the respective solutions
- Establishment of a project controlling system to ensure the implementation of the adopted measures
