Franck da Silva joins Ramus & Company

Franck da Silva joins Ramus & Company as a new partner with his many years of entrepreneurship and relevant experience in international corporate finance and M&A. With his broad market knowledge and technical abilities, he will support our clients within French-speaking Switzerland and in cross-border M&A transactions especially with the French and Portuguese markets.

 

We are pleased to announce that Franck da Silva has recently joined Ramus & Company as a new partner. Franck comes with a 15-year experience in conducting successful M&A transactions. He is specialized in cross-border M&A transactions, shareholders’ strategy, Corporate Finance and fundraising for small and midcap companies and has worked extensively in international and challenging environments. During his career, Franck has supported large family owned groups and SMEs across a wide range of industries, including automotive, aeronautics, consumer goods and construction. He holds a Master in Business Management and Corporate Finance from Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Paris, a Master in Risk Management in Finance from University Paris-Cergy and BS in Business & Economics from University Paris-X.

Franck is known for his expertise in structuring complex cross border transactions, resolving shareholding related issues and implementing fundraising processes. Franck complements the team with his specific knowledge of the Swiss, French and Portuguese markets and will concentrate in expanding the firm’s presence in the French speaking part of Switzerland and in Western Europe.
