Christophe Darbord new partner at Ramus & Company

We are pleased to announce that Christophe Darbord has joined Ramus & Company as a partner. Christophe comes with a solid experience in finance, sustainability, alternative investments and M&A.

Christophe Darbord started his career at Pricewaterhouse in M&A and financial risk management services to banks and corporate treasuries then developed a European commodity consulting group. He joined Cargill delivering outstanding trading results thanks to appropriate strategy, assets and risk management. Leaving Cargill as Business Unit leader, he became the Global Director of Energy and Biofuels at Bunge.

From the US, he built a worldwide profitable business across the entire Energy spectrum and expanded his trading, asset-acquisition and managerial expertise across different markets and geographies. In the last ten years, Christophe has been an active entrepreneur in the commodity industry.

With his many years of experience and skills in the field of M&A, corporate strategy, sustainability and impact finance, Christophe will make a valuable contribution to the team implementing projects in his area of expertise. Christophe will be responsible for Ramus’ activities in the French-speaking Swiss market, operating from the Lausanne office.
