Both sellers will continue to run Neratec as general managers to further develop the business and its defined growth strategy together with Westermo. At the same time, the sale has laid the foundation for the implementation of a stepwise succession plan over the next few years. The Bubikon site will be retained with all existing employees and will be further expanded over the coming years.
Jussi Harju, Managing Director of Neratec: «We are excited to join Westermo and Beijer Group. Our complementary technologies will create a very strong offering to the industry and Westermo’s worldwide sales organization will ensure a global market access for Neratec.»
